NexPlay is a retail store specializing in interactive entertainment consoles and accessories, operated from Şişli, Istanbul, Turkey. We sell PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo products to customers in Turkey.

4. Ordering Process

Orders at NexPlay are placed exclusively by telephone. Online purchasing is not available. The ordering process is as follows:

  • Customer calls +90 212 555 0143 to enquire about availability
  • NexPlay staff confirms stock and provides final pricing
  • Customer visits our Şişli showroom to complete the purchase in person
  • Payment is made at the point of collection

A telephone inquiry or verbal agreement does not constitute a binding contract. A purchase is finalized only upon payment and collection at our store.

5. No Online Sales

NexPlay does not process any payments online. We do not collect card details via this website. Any request claiming to be from NexPlay asking for online payment should be treated as fraudulent.

6. Availability

Product availability is subject to change. We cannot guarantee that any particular model is in stock at the time of your inquiry. We will always confirm availability before you make a trip to our store.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

All consoles sold by NexPlay are brand new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty as provided by Sony, Microsoft or Nintendo respectively. NexPlay itself does not offer any additional warranty or guarantee beyond what is provided in the manufacturer's documentation included in the product packaging.

8. Limitation of Liability

NexPlay's liability arising from the use of this website or from any transaction is limited to the extent permitted by Turkish law. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential or incidental damages
  • Loss of data or interruption of service
  • Third-party content or services
